Price Match Policy
At Chrisbeon, we are committed to providing our customers with the best value for their money. That’s why we offer a Price Match Policy to ensure you’re getting the most competitive price available.
What Qualifies for a Price Match
We will attempt to match the price of an identical product (same brand, model number, size, colour, and specifications) from a qualifying competitor under the following conditions:
- The product must be currently in stock at both Chrisbeon and the competitor.
- The price must be publicly advertised and verifiable through a website, flyer, or official quote.
- The competitor must be an authorized retailer or operating online in the UK.
- The price match request must be made before, or at the time of purchase, as no refunds will be given after the order has been placed.
- The payment terms and delivery/installation service on furniture products must be the same.
- Exclusions:
We do not match prices from:
- Auction sites (e.g., eBay), marketplace resellers (e.g., Amazon third-party sellers), or classified ads.
- Pricing errors or misprints.
- Clearance, closeout, liquidation, or going-out-of-business sales.
- Bundled offers, free items, rebates, or special promotions (e.g., buy one get one free).
How to Request a Price Match
To request a price match, simply provide one of the following at the time of purchase:
- A screenshot or printed ad showing the lower price.
- A direct link to the competitor’s website with the product and pricing information.
- Please send any price match requests to sales@chrisbeon.co.uk, this is only monitored Monday-Friday 9.00am-5pm
Our team will then verify the price and confirm eligibility. If approved, we’ll attempt to match the price right away.
Final Notes
We reserve the right to modify or cancel this policy at any time without prior notice.
